good location for small price, kitchen
Light didn't work in our room, we informed reception about it, but nothing was done.

First of all, the hotel/hostel is difficult to find. Its like a hidden building. Then about the staff is not at all cooperative and doesn't know a bit of English also.
Sorry to say this, I didn't like anything in this hotel/hostel.

The location was good--located right near a metro station and a 10 minute walk from the major metro hub, Bastille. Also a good area for going out at night.
The staff was not very friendly and bordered on rude. The bathrooms and showers were filthy and stunk.

Price.
Internet didn't work well, that was a major problem. Also, the place could be better with just a little effort.

honestly, nothing. i guess that i had my own room and it wasn't far from the metro stop.
The lady on reception was super rude and unfriendly. she did not make me feel welcome at all and it was hard to tell if she was or wasn't going to throw something. she couldn't speak or understand english and took that frustration out on the customers. I had to pay extra for sheets and towel. the bed was rock hard to the point that it was actualy hurting my body. i have stayed in hostels before and you bare it but this was awful and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

Location is the only positive point of this place
I chose this "hotel" because everything was full and I found availability in this one, although the rate wasn't cheap ((€40 pn). After I read the reviews I though that I could stay in this place. When I arrived the person in the reception was so rude because I didn't speak in french. The room wasn't clean and the showers and toilets are below of any standard.

the cheap price, storing the luggage for free at any time at the day of arrival and departure, free Wifi
not enough showers, not everybody spoke English, a bit dirty

The vibrant local cafes and quick access to public transport made exploring the city a breeze. However, the lack of towels throughout my stay was an inconvenience I didn't expect.

Value for money was great, quite a kooky layout which was nice and the location was good - close to a metro station, a supermarket and quite a few bistros and cafes.
Reception staff were very unhelpful and were full of attitude, shower room had the shower head unattached to the wall so you have to hold it yourself and the radiator was stuck on high heat constantly.

Location is good as it is very close to Voltaire metro station! Hot water all the time! Room is warm
the woman at reception is rude! English is not usable in this hostel! Room is not so clean! Shower room seems dirty. and they should provide bedsheet for free, not put it for rent!

Travellers shouldnt expect anything good given the cheap price paid for this hotel in a very expensive city. Only good point is that its very near a metro station.
Don't expect much for the price you are paying. The room has a bed and a sink, that's all. The room is so small that you can barely take more than 3 steps from the bed to the window. Blankets and towels not provided.

The hotel is very well situated and near the metro (line 9), it's very clean, not at all noisy - except the doors who makes big noise when closing, the staff is very friendly. I liked a lot the little kitchen, with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and milk, coffee and tea all day long until late at night - it's not a problem if you want to drink something late in the afternoon. I'd like to come again, certainly.
You must pay extra for sheets and towels. No wired internet or WIFI, you must pay 1 euro for 10 minutes for using it.

Charming Stay with Great Location!
Our group enjoyed a good stay, taking advantage of the nearby shops for quick meals and snacks. The staff were helpful despite the language barrier was nice. Heads up, bring your own toiletries and read up on transport as the area is bustling. Perfect for budget travelers!

The location of the hotel is great, it just takes a few minutes walk to metro.
The staffs are really rude. When I pay for the hotel, they said there is no change for me and I need to pay first and take my change the day after. When I checked out on the next day, the staff just did not remember and also did not have change for me. I am in a hurry of the train so I ask him if he can be more fast. He just ignore me and do everything is a slow pace and even need to get money from atm
